These skills are crucial for ensuring successful project outcomes and smooth transitions for service members entering the civilian workforce.

What is the DoD SkillBridge Program for Project Management?

The DoD SkillBridge Program for Project Management is a Department of Defense initiative that allows active-duty service members to gain civilian work experience through internships, fellowships, or apprenticeships in project management roles during their last 180 days of service. Participants work with approved industry partners to develop project management skills, making it easier to transition into civilian project management careers after military service.
