About the Position

Please note this role is for a proposal and is subject to a contract award.

LIVE is seeking a qualified professional to support the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC) under the Department of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI). AFCJIC serves as DAF's central entity for requesting, receiving, auditing, correcting, integrating, and reporting criminal history records. This is a non-personal services position performed on-site at the Russell-Knox Building, Quantico, VA. Core duty hours are 08001600, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The Administrative Office Manager serves as the administrative focal point for AFCJIC and is available on-site daily.

Responsibilities

Serve as the administrative focal point for AFCJIC and be available on-site daily.

Manage AFCJIC programs including, but not limited to, the equipment account and the security program.

Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT) to receive, delegate, and monitor organizational tasks.

Facilitate the onboarding of new personnel by processing System Authorization Access Requests (SAAR).

Monitor personnel training compliance utilizing the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) system.

Manage and maintain the organization's digital platforms, including MS Teams and the AFCJIC SharePoint site.

Organize and support logistical aspects of meetings and events.

Maintain a detailed inventory of government furnished equipment via hand receipts.

Maintain and update the unit's Project Work Planner and compile project status updates.

Assist in preparing official documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.

Annually review and provide updates to the Administrative Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Assist AFCJIC leadership as required on administrative functions as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative support.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, SharePoint).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

U.S. Citizenship required.

Security & Clearance Requirements

Clearance: Active Secret required.

Must successfully pass a law enforcement records check.

Must possess sufficient knowledge and experience in law enforcement, legal, or compliance fields to ensure accurate interpretation of criteria and proper handling of information.

Must handle Privacy Act Information (PAI), Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), and Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (DoDI 5200.48, Privacy Act of 1974).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DoD administrative systems such as TMT, JKO, or SAAR processing.

Prior experience supporting a military or federal law enforcement organization.
