Joint Systems Data Analyst (IAMD) Full-Time with an Employee Owned and Best Places to Work Contractor Onsite at Redstone Arsenal | Salary Range: $110,000-$135,000 Seeking an experienced Data Analyst or Systems Engineer to support advanced DoD programs through data analysis, modeling, test evaluation, and performance metric development. This role focuses on transforming complex senso r and operational data into actionable insights that support mission objectives and predictive analysis efforts. Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and validate analytical toolsets and data models supporting program objectives * Gather, preprocess, clean, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets * Create and document data definitions, process procedures, tool documentation, and data quality standards * Apply analytic methodologies and quantitative/qualitative techniques to evaluate system and project performance * Develop predictive forecasting, classification, and performance measurement solutions * Support data virtualization and data modeling activities * Write and maintain scripts, code, and analytical tools using languages such as Python, MATLAB, C++, or STK * Generate reports, dashboards, and technical deliverables for leadership and stakeholders * Support project testing, test operations, and execution activities Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law * Active Secret Clearance required * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline * 10+ years of related experience in data analysis, systems engineering, or data engineering * Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets * Knowledge of analytic methodologies, modeling principles, and performance metric development * Working knowledge of DoD and military sensor systems, including radar and EO/IR * Experience programming in one or more of the following: Python, C++, MATLAB, or STK * Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems * Experience communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting DoD test operations and execution activities * Experience with Single Integrated Air Picture (SIAP) metrics, tracking accuracy metrics, track filtering, or data association * Programming experience in Python, Unix/Linux, C++, MATLAB, or STK * Knowledge of Link-16, Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), or Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) * Experience with Link-16, the Navy's Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) system, or the Army's Integrated Battle Command System * Proactive self-starter capable of finding and solving problems with little guidance, including learning new programming languages as required DoD Analyst background Full-Time position with an employee-owned company that offers a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental and vision insurance program, 401(k) plan, employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and 401(k) plan with company match, tuition and training reimbursement, and an incentive compensation program.
