Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is seeking a "Documentation Specialist".
Location: South San Francisco, CA
Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $30/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Sick Leave, 401K
Job Summary:
You will be supporting records management and document control activities for engineering and construction projects. This role will manage project documentation, maintain electronic records, support Autodesk Forma project administration, assist with document uploads, scanning, archiving, and ensure compliance with document management standards.
Requirements:
โ€ข0-5 years of document control, records management, project coordination, or administrative experience
โ€ขStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
โ€ขComfortable managing electronic documents and databases
โ€ขProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF)
โ€ขExperience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Forma is a plus
