Patient Services Manager - Hospital Hospitality Hero
Are you the kind of leader who can turn a meal tray into a moment of comfort? We're looking for a Patient Dining Manager who brings energy, organization, and heart to hospital meal service. In this role, you'll lead a team that helps patients feel cared for, respected, and nourished-one meal at a time.

  • Coach, motivate, and support frontline team members so every shift runs smoothly.
  • Partner with clinical nutrition, nursing, and culinary teams to help meet patient diet needs and preferences.
  • Keep meal delivery timely, tray presentation neat, and service standards consistently high.
  • Champion patient satisfaction by rounding, listening, solving concerns quickly, and celebrating wins.
  • Support sanitation, food safety, allergen awareness, and regulatory compliance like the pro you are.
  • Manage schedules, staffing needs, workflow, and day-to-day problem solving in a fast-paced hospital environment.

What We're Looking For

  • ServSafe, Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or related certification is a plus.
Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for a Rock Star Patient Food Services Manager who shares our passion for Food and Service. The PSM plans, coordinates and manages all in-room Patient Dining. The primary focus of our Patient Services Manager is the overall leadership of the Server Team and oversight of the Patient Experience, ensuring amazing food, unexpected service and the ability to engage with our patients to utilize the ordering system and/or assist in the menu selections and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
The Patient Services Manager primarily functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to implement nutrition care plans. A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the importance of Customer Relations, Dining Experience, and Employee Management. While experience working in the Patient Food Services setting would be ideal, some of our most successful Patient Services Managers have a background in Restaurant General Manger roles. HOSPITALITY minded leadership is a MUST.
