Join Associated Bank as a Senior Sales Relationship Manager, Personal Trust, where you will help high-net-worth clients navigate complex wealth planning and fiduciary solutions. This role combines relationship management, strategic business development, and financial planning expertise to grow client assets and deepen long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with internal specialists and community partners while building a meaningful impact within Wealth Management.
Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to generate new trust and wealth management business.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with high-net-worth clients, referral partners, and centers of influence.
  • Advise clients on sophisticated financial planning topics including estate, retirement, investment, and charitable planning.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Manage assigned trust and fiduciary accounts, including account reviews, cash flow coordination, and client documentation.
  • Review estate planning documents and trust agreements to ensure accurate administration and compliance.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track business development activity through Salesforce.
  • Represent the bank in community and professional organizations to enhance visibility and generate referrals.

Education & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience managing high-level client relationships within financial services or investment management.
  • 10+ years of experience in personal trust, fiduciary administration, estate planning and wealth management sales.
  • Strong understanding of estate planning, financial planning, taxes, and discretionary asset management.
  • Proven success developing new business and achieving sales goals within a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, if applicable.

Preferred
  • CFP, CPA, CFA, or CTFA designation.
  • FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
  • Experience partnering across banking and wealth management business lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
