HaystackID is actively seeking Mandarin-fluent licensed attorneys for an exciting long-term, onsite document review opportunity supporting a corporate client on high-profile matters. This role offers strong potential for project continuity across multiple engagements, making it an excellent fit for attorneys seeking stability and consistent work.

  • Long-Term Stability: Start with an initial project and transition into additional engagements with minimal downtime
  • Premium Pay: $90/hour for first-level review, with overtime paid at time-and-a-half 
  • Consistent Schedule: 40 hours per week, with potential for 50-hour weeks 
  • Flexible Workday: Complete your 8-hour shift anytime between 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday–Friday) 
  • High-Impact Matters: Contribute to complex, large-scale legal matters requiring language expertise and legal precision
     
Project Details
  • Location: 100% onsite in Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; or Seattle, WA
  • Start Date: Rolling start dates beginning June 15
  • Duration: Long-term with strong likelihood of continued project rollover
  • Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday, with optional overtime

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Active bar admission in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • Fluency in Mandarin, with successful completion of a language assessment
  • Ability to commit fully and exclusively to the project (no concurrent roles)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Seattle, Houston, or Dallas
  • Successful completion of background and conflicts checks
