  • Our client, a well-established and growing Ohio defense firm, is seeking a Litigation / Trial Attorney who can independently manage cases from start to finish.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a hands-on role and wants exposure to trial work, strategy, and client interaction across a diverse litigation portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a caseload independently from intake through trial

  • Handle pre-trial discovery, including written discovery and document review

  • Conduct fact and expert depositions

  • Draft and argue motions

  • Perform case evaluations and strategy development

  • Provide client reporting and communication

  • Serve as trial counsel when appropriate
