Magnum is hiring a Recruiting Processor to support the recruiting team with administrative coordination, onboarding, and candidate processing. This role plays an important part in maintaining an organized, compliant, and efficient hiring process from application through onboarding.

What You'll Do
  • Support the recruiting and onboarding process by managing candidate files and required documentation
  • Oversee pre-hire onboarding activities to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely candidate progression
  • Review applications, background checks, and hiring documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Schedule interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding appointments
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents and compliance requirements
  • Ensure hiring records comply with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of applicant and employee information
  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Assist with additional recruiting and HR-related projects as assigned
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams
