Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sort and prepare documents for imaging

• Scan documents, verifying that they are imaged correctly

• Accurately index images

• Complete all work in line with production schedule and expected productivity guidelines

• Complete all daily production logs

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including but not limited to cleaning your work area at the end of each shift

• Data Entry – alphanumeric

• Assist other departments as workloads dictate

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Have knowledge of document imaging/ scanning hardware and software and experience creating electronic copies of documents

• have strong computer skills with special attention to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to read, write and speak English

• Ability to sit for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Have a clean driving record to fulfill courier duties and capable of operating a cargo van

• Have typing skills

• Have reliable transportation

(Full-time: 1st and 2nd shifts)

1st shift is 6:50a - 3:20p | 2nd shift is 3:30p - 12 midnight | 3rd shift is 10:30p - 7a
