Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking dedicated Document Processors for a weekend shift position in Newark, DE. This opportunity is within a banking lockbox document processing center, focusing on data entry and document handling. With multiple start dates and shifts available, this role offers comprehensive training in the lockbox document processing industry.
Responsibilities

  • Opening newly delivered mail and auditing and reviewing applications.
  • Performing basic data entry and electronic file scanning.
  • Ensuring accurate processing of applications in a regulated environment.
  • Maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in document processing.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures throughout the processing cycle.
Qualifications
  • Good computer skills and proficient in data entry.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to work with detailed information.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction within the team.
  • Proof of education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED considered with relevant experience.
