Job description

Who are we looking for?
The Document Processing Specialist works to onboard client documents and support the document lifecycle for the client approval process through the DataServ SaaS platform. This position conducts quality assurance audits on financial documents, ensuring business and company objectives are met. The Document Processing Specialist is required to meet established production and accuracy goals.
This is a hybrid role that is predominantly remote, with limited on-site responsibilities to provide operational coverage and support key in-person activities. The position requires the flexibility to report on-site during planned PTO coverage, unplanned absences, and company-sponsored events such as quarterly kickoffs or training sessions.
We are currently hiring this position in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Required Education, Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in imaging operations, mailroom, data entry or related area.

  • Must meet set production and accuracy levels.
