Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pre-Start Requirement: Visual Acuity Test (eye exam)
Job Overview
The Manufacturing Associate I supports the finishing area operations, including product screening, kit assembly, and preparation of packing materials. This role works in a fast-paced, safety-focused team environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Finishing & Assembly
- Assist in screening product components and assembling kits
- Prepare packing materials and supplies for finishing activities
- Support paperwork review and logbook completion
Quality Assurance
- Maintain cGMP compliance and follow documented processes
- Ensure all activities meet internal quality systems and regulatory standards
Safety Compliance
- Understand and follow all safety protocols, policies, and procedures
- Promote a safety-first culture and ensure team compliance
Job Scope
- Works on problems of limited scope, applying standard practices
- Interacts primarily with internal teams
- Operates independently while contributing to team goals
Working Conditions
- Primarily laboratory environment (scrubs, hairnet, and plant shoes required)
- Physical requirements include:
- Weekend and overtime work may be required based on business needs
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
