We are seeking Document Prep Clerks to support document imaging operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Remove staples, paperclips, and fasteners from documents.
  • Organize and arrange files in the correct order for scanning.
  • Prepare, sort, and batch documents.
  • Scan documents using imaging equipment.
  • Review scanned images for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Perform basic computer and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Basic computer and data entry skills required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Previous document prep, scanning, records management, or imaging experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
