Summary
This position will be responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing mail within the company. It ensures that all mail is sent using the correct sending method. This area routes all particles to their respective areas. Shipping & Distribution tracks all of the incoming and outgoing items and keeps accurate records for verification purposes. Shipping & Distribution is responsible for scanning all documents as well as prepping and post scanning them accordingly.
Essential Functions
  • Intake rejects and prints barcodes (tech/fee).
  • Intake returned signed docs from clients.
  • Intake all the Client Prep orders.
  • Intake all recorded docs into a batch and print letters or cover pages for the post scanner to attach.
  • Print documents and prepare for batching.
  • This position will have KPI metrics based on the number of tasks completed as well as the ability to maintain an acceptable error rate.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
  • No previous experience required.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is occasionally required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; frequently moves boxes weighing up to 30 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position
The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.
