Position Summary
Paperless Environments is looking for a sales executive to be responsible for generating a pipeline and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, consistent follow up, mastery of the sales process, and negotiating contracts with potential clients. Applicants with a background or experience in accounting, construction, software sales, or technical/software sales engineer a big plus.
To succeed in this role, you should understand the sales process and be highly organized, tech-savvy, self-directed, and skilled in building strong relationships. We seek team members who reflect our core values: customer focus, teamwork, a growth mindset, and a passion for excellence.
What you need to do:
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company's products
  • Track all sales activities and follow up in our CRM system
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects to meet or exceed sales revenue goals
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and follow to completion
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects, customers, and partners

What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2-4 years sales experience, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office
  • Understanding of the construction business or finance/operations, with experience in AP/AR workflows, process automation, and content management, OCR or compliance functions is a plus. Also, software sales engineers, implementers, and technical trainers with customer facing experience will do very well.
