Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually + quarterly performance bonuses
We are seeking a Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and probate law and will be capable of managing a team of legal assistants while supporting our attorneys with high-level legal and administrative tasks. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage a team of legal assistants, providing mentorship, support, and quality assurance
• Prepare and review legal documents, particularly those related to estate planning and probate matters
• Ensure that all deadlines are met and that the legal team is aware of upcoming tasks and case milestones
• Conduct legal research as needed and assist attorneys with case preparation
• Maintain organized and accurate client files, billing records, and document databases
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistics for attorneys
• Support day-to-day office operations as needed to maintain efficiency
Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience
• Prior experience in estate planning and probate is preferred
• Proven ability to lead and manage legal support staff
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office products and legal document management systems
