EHC is looking for a Document Control Assistant for a client in the Conroe Area


Status: Full-Time
Start Date: 08/25/2026
Schedule: Day Shift

Position Requirements

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

Work Schedule:
Day Shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. Overtime is not expected.

Work Location:
This position is 100% on-site in Conroe, Texas. Remote and hybrid work options are not available.

Position Summary

A manufacturing and industrial services organization is seeking a Document Control Assistant to support document management and administrative functions in its Conroe, Texas facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, compile, and maintain required documentation.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Produce and manage both hard-copy and electronic documentation.
  • Coordinate the shipment of documentation when necessary.
  • Perform additional administrative and document control duties as assigned.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in document control or office administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
