Type: Full Time Location: Rockville, MD (National Capital Region) Overtime Exempt: No Reports to: ARMADA HQ Security Clearance Required: Tier 4 Public Trust Actual place of performance is to be determined by the Government; however, work is anticipated to be performed within the National Capital Region (NCR). *****************CONTINGENT UPON AWARD**************************** ARMADA is seeking a detail-oriented Digital & Imaging Specialist to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Real Estate, Logistics, and Operations (RLO), Intake, Suitability, and Badging Services (ISBS). This position supports personnel security operations by processing fingerprint records, maintaining imaging and tracking systems, safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and ensuring timely updates to Government databases in support of background investigations and childcare check processing. Duties & Responsibilities: * Digital & Imaging Specialists will scan fingerprint cards to include rescans of unclassifiable results. * Update internal systems of fingerprint cards scanning data and notes. * Digital & Imaging Specialists will update internal systems with no-record fingerprint results and associated investigation data. * Correctly secure and store PII in appropriate areas. * Correctly discard PII when timeline is reached. * Digital & Imaging Specialists will scan forty (40) or more paper fingerprint cards per week. * Digital & Imaging Specialists will ensure scans will be completed within two (2) business days of receipt. * Respond to five hundred to six hundred (500-600) or more fingerprint submission inquiries from DCSA per week. * Respond to DCSA within two (2) business days of initial contact regarding fingerprint submission inquiries. * Digital & Imaging Specialists will assist with preparation and tracking of sixty-five (65) or more childcare check packages per week. * Digital & Imaging Specialists will ensure internal databases are properly updated with shipping & tracking information within one (1) hour. * Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): * Ability to work effectively with Government leadership, technical personnel, and contractor staff. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process high volumes of work. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Minimum Education/Experience: * Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required. * Five (5) years of relevant experience managing programs and/or projects Preferred Experience: * Experience supporting personnel security or fingerprint processing operations. * Experience scanning, imaging, indexing, or digitizing documents in a secure environment. * Experience maintaining electronic records and database systems. * Experience handling fingerprint cards or biometric records. * Experience working with DCSA fingerprint submission processes. * Experience safeguarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII). * Experience performing quality assurance and verifying the accuracy of electronic records. * Experience working in a federal government or government contractor environment.
