QT Imaging Technologist / Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Breast Imaging)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Expected to transition to Full-Time)
Location: Bend, Oregon
Facility Setting: Breast Imaging Clinic
Position Overview-
Perk Imaging is seeking an ARDMS-registered Sonographer (or equivalent) to perform breast imaging scans using advanced QT Ultrasound technology. This role focuses on delivering a comfortable, patient-centered imaging experience in a modern, radiation-free breast imaging environment.
Responsibilities-
Perform breast imaging scans using QT Ultrasound technology
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
Explain imaging procedures and answer patient questions
Ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation
Upload imaging data for radiologist review
Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and safety
Assist with patient intake and consent documentation
Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff
Maintain imaging room cleanliness and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications-
Required:
ARDMS certification (or equivalent)
Strong patient care and communication skills
Attention to detail
Basic computer/EMR experience
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred:
Breast imaging experience and familiarity with advanced imaging technologies.
Training-
Comprehensive QT Scan System training provided onsite with competency verification before independent operation.
