Position Summary
As the Document Control Coordinator, you will manage the entry, setup, release and use of engineering department documents. In this role, you will partner with sales, engineering, and planning to upload customer documents, release approved drawings for production, verify document accuracy, and coordinate preparation of shop floor documentation. This position serves as a critical checkpoint to ensure accurate drawing releases and seamless document flow to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Print drawings and document for shop orders.
  • Receive and enter new drawing and new specifications from customers into ERP.
  • Review new and updated documents for accuracy.
  • Release new and modified drawings for production use.
  • Assist in the administration of the project management software, ClickUp.
  • Maintain and update the department SharePoint page and files.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience of document/file management, project admin support or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with ERP systems, IFS experience is ideal
  • Experience with project management software
  • Familiarity with mechanical, civil or construction drawings and revisions
  • Experience in a build-to-print manufacturing environment
  • ClickUp project management software knowledge
