Inventory CoordinatorCommerce,GA

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at keeping inventory accurate in a fast-paced warehouse environment?

DP World is seeking a dependable Inventory Coordinator to support inventory accuracy and product movement throughout our operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigating discrepancies, solving inventory issues, and ensuring products are accurately tracked and stored in the correct locations.

 What You’ll Do

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play an important role in maintaining inventory integrity, researching discrepancies, and supporting accurate product movement throughout the warehouse.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, product identification, and location information
  • Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies
  • Identify, document, and report inventory issues in a timely manner
  • Track and properly document damaged products
  • Review customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and other inventory-related documentation
  • Determine products that need to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped
  • Move inventory from bulk containers, racks, and shelves to designated system locations
  • Help ensure inventory is properly organized and accurately reflected within the system
  • Support additional inventory and warehouse activities as assigned
 What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous inventory, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies
  • Ability to accurately review orders and inventory documentation
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with handling and moving inventory
About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Monitor and control inventory integrity while maintaining product identification and location program.
  • Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Track and report problems in a timely manner along with documenting damaged product.
  • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
  • Move items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, to appropriate system designate locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
  • Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulation.
