Document Control Technician/Document Translation, Bilingual:
Job Overview: Document Control is critical to maintaining and improving JASPER's Quality Management System. This associate will join the Process Control team. The mission of the Process Control team is to develop and maintain a documented information system that positively impacts product Quality. This associate will support the Process Control team through translating work instructions documents from English to Spanish. Must be fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish and proficient in Microsoft Word.

• Starting pay $19+/hr, based on experience

What you will do:
• Maintain Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 system
• Modify, maintain, and distribute QMS documents
• Assist departments with developing work instructions, supporting information and resolving documentation issues
• Document review/analysis/data entry
• Document Translation (English/Spanish)
• Facilitate the construction and the processing of process changes and temporary deviations
• Ensure up-to-date, accurate documentation on plant floor for training reference
• Improve the Quality Management System
