Document Controller
Records Management • Document Control • Compliance
We're looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound documents in accordance with company procedures. You'll maintain organized filing systems, ensure document security and integrity, and support compliance with records management regulations - all while working independently and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
What you'll do
  • Classify, catalog, store, and retrieve documentation generated by department personnel in physical and electronic formats
  • Maintain accurate logs of document retrievals, updates, distributions, and removals
  • Distribute new documents and remove or archive obsolete records in accordance with established procedures
  • Create, assign, and revise coding systems and indexing numbers to improve document retrieval efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and execute document control policies and procedures
  • Administer document and system access rights and revision control to ensure security and document integrity
  • Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management requirements

What you need
  • 5-7 years of relevant document control or records management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Expert ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and keep information organized and confidential
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications used in document management
