About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Plan Document Analyst to join our team. This role will support the Plan Document Team by processing executed plan documents, assigning and tracking project tasks, managing and answering emails sent to the Team's email, and providing support where needed. This role can prepare and develop you for growth opportunities on our Plan Document Team.

Responsibilities

  • Understand retirement plan documents
  • Monitor incoming team requests and assign out tasks
  • Track and process executed plan documents
  • Maintain and update internal systems with the status of projects
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Assist with general administration and plan document related tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Planned Document Experience required
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and with a team in a results/deadline driven environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX, office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
