The Infusion Manager provides operational and clinical leadership for infusion services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. This role oversees daily operations, budget and financial performance, quality improvement initiatives, service line growth, and caregiver engagement while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. Degree verification required.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Three years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
  • Two years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience developing, managing, and monitoring departmental budgets.
