As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in delivering impactful, hands-on care while supporting clients, families, and clinical teams in meaningful ways.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Duties• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in clinic and home settings
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Deliver ongoing program oversight, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care
• Provide parent training and support to promote skill generalization across environments
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to ensure client success
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
• Foster a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
Qualifications• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Active state licensure (LBA) as required
• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for travel between clinic and client homes
