Job Summary:
SeaWide Express is looking for a dependable Dock Worker to join our team in Fife!
The Dock Worker will be responsible for loading and unloading freight containers and trailers at our new West Coast facility located in Fife. The ideal candidate should be responsible, committed to quality service, and have forklift experience. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing team - please apply!
Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload shipping containers with a forklift effectively and safely
  • Complete other operational or administrative tasks
Education & Experience:
  • High School, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Experience receiving LTL freight is required
  • 2 to 5 yearsof sit down forklift experience in a Freight Forwarding environment
  • Previous experience loading containers for destination to Alaska is preferred
Essential Skills:
  • Responsible and reliable transportation
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Forklift Certification is preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
