About the Role:

The Dock and Door Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and safety of loading docks and overhead doors at our Little Rock Branch. This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of dock equipment and door systems, directly impacting the smooth flow of goods in our wholesale trade operations. The technician will work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to minimize downtime and maintain compliance with safety standards. By proactively identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues, the Dock and Door Tech helps to prevent operational delays and costly repairs. Ultimately, this role supports the overall productivity and safety of the facility, contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in mechanical or electrical repair, preferably with dock equipment or overhead doors.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Little Rock Branch.
  • Capability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
