Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
Atlantic Group is hiring a Client Service Associate (Wealth Management) in Philadelphia, PA for our client. This role supports investment advisory operations, client onboarding, account administration, and financial planning activities within a high-net-worth wealth management environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting financial advisors or clients within a brokerage, RIA, or financial planning firm and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
Responsibilities as the Client Service Associate (Wealth Management):
  • Account Administration: Prepare and process account opening documents, transfer paperwork, custodial forms, and account maintenance requests.
  • Client Support: Assist with client servicing activities, respond to administrative requests, and support ongoing advisor-client communications.
  • Custodian Coordination: Work closely with custodians to facilitate account setup, funding activity, and transfer processing.
  • Meeting Preparation: Assemble client review materials, financial reports, and presentation packets for advisor meetings.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate client records and manage sensitive documents, checks, and time-sensitive correspondence.
  • Operational Support: Coordinate scheduling, mailings, and administrative logistics while supporting day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications for the Client Service Associate (Wealth Management):
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of client service, operations, or administrative experience within wealth management, brokerage, or financial advisory environments is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with investment advisory operations, custodial platforms, and financial planning support processes is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience working with Schwab, Fidelity, or similar custodial platforms is preferred.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
