Key Responsibilities
Monitor and control inventory levels across sites using SAP/ERP systems.
Troubleshoot inventory and receiving issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
Collaborate with CEMs and cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes and reporting.
Analyze large datasets using SQL (or similar tools) to generate actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and reports (Tableau) to track inventory, supplier performance, and KPIs.
Ensure data integrity across all reports and systems.
Gather business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions through end-to-end project collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in inventory, operations, or data analysis roles.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
Experience in electronics/PCBA/manufacturing environment is a plus.
Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design.
Experience: 1-3 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
