  • Spearhead business development and grow client relationships with Am Law 200 firms
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year DMS implementations
  • Design and deploy content lifecycle strategies using NetDocuments, iManage, and related tools
  • Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring top-tier client outcomes
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements
  • Stay on top of legal tech trends, vendor developments, and certifications
  • Partner cross-functionally to shape our go-to-market strategies and service offerings

  • 3+ years of consulting experience with large (global preferred) law firms
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projects
  • Deep expertise in NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrations
  • Strong understanding of legal governance, compliance, and security frameworks
  • Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent professional experience
