This role will be located at Discovery Land Company's Hamptons locations: Dune Deck Beach Club, set in Westhampton Beach, New York and The Hills set in East Quogue, New York. Employer of record is: DLV Hamptons Management LLC
Dune Deck Beach Club is seeking Seasonal Server to join the Food & Beverage - Service Department. This role is available May1, 2026 - October 7th, 2026. H-2B visa sponsorship is available for in-country extensions.
In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and members promptly and politely, and by name whenever possible.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including preparation and components of each dish and allergens.
  • Assist with any member or guest issues and concerns in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.
  • Prepared to run food, clear tables, reset any China, glassware, or silverware as needed.
  • Support the rest of the team for efficient service.
  • Carefully input all orders into the point-of-sale system and ensure accuracy of check throughout service.
  • Prioritize communication with all team members and managers during service.
  • Complete all opening and closing procedures as instructed.
  • Maintain an eye for detail, including checking all areas of the restaurant for garbage, dishes, and glassware.
  • Assist with execution of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Monitor inventory levels through regular inventory checks.
  • Maintain all equipment and be sure it is handled properly.
  • Adhere to all company policy and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of experience in high-volume restaurants, resorts, or private clubs.
  • Required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts greater than eight (8) hours in length.
  • Required to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Required to work indoors and outdoors.
  • Required to stand, walk, and move for a period of greater than four (4) hours.
  • Required to lift, carry, bend, stoop, squat, reach, push and pull. May be required to lift and carry items that are sometimes greater than 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
  • Background check will be performed at the expense of the employer.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.

Benefits
  • Pay Range: $25.65 - $29.00 USD per hour; based on experience

  • Optional housing is offered through a separate rental company for those outside of a commutable distance. Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is $100.00 - $150.00 per week for a shared room. Employer will not deduct for rent; rent will be paid directly to a separate company via electronic payment, no cash.
