As a Software Engineer Principal within PNC's Enterprise Garage Tech Resiliency organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH.
This position is not available in all geographical areas
Needed Skills:
-5 years of experience in software development with strong focus on Python
-Strong knowledge of Python Web framework technologies such as FastAPI, Flask, Django
-Experience with Celery
-Experience with ORMs, specifically Django ORM, Sqlalchemy
-Experience writing Ansible Playbooks and using AAP (Or equivalent product such as Ansible Tower/AWX)
-Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and automated testing tools.
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical teams.
Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable Python-based enterprise solutions.
-Guide teams in implementing best practices in coding, design, security, and performance optimization
-Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.
-Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, and scalability.
