Required Skills

·        3–5 years prior experience in software development, web projects, or related roles.

·        Basic coding knowledge in Java, JavaScript and Python.

·        Familiarity with web frameworks (Angular, React, Flask, Express, etc.).

·        Experience using AI coding assistants (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in real projects.

·        Comfortable engineering prompts to guide AI coding output.

·        Quick learner, curious, and not afraid to experiment.

·        Able to debug, test, and iterate on code independently.

·        Experience with REST APIs and NoSQL database integrations.

·        Familiarity with other languages or frameworks (TypeScript, Next.js, Django).

·        Previous hackathon, bootcamp, or indie project experience.

·        Experience in automation, low-code/no-code tools, or creative coding.
