Senior General Manager / Managing Partner - Full Time

FTK Hospitality | St. Louis, MO

FTK Hospitality is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior General Manager for a high-volume sports bar in the vibrant St. Louis market. This role offers the opportunity to lead a busy venue filled with energy, featuring DJs, live events, and a packed nightlife schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Own full P&L and manage day-to-day operations for a large-format, high-volume venue.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of 40+ staff across front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and event operations.
  • Event Execution: Drive the execution of DJ nights, live events, and promotional programming to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaboration: Partner with ownership to enhance guest experience, optimize staffing, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • Proven General Manager experience in a $4M+ revenue operation.
  • Background in high-volume sports bar or nightlife-driven hospitality.
  • Track record of successfully leading large teams (40+) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must currently reside in the St. Louis market.
