Job description

Remote position based in Colorado with approximately 60–80% travel.

Pay Rate: $25-32/hr

Quarterly Bonus: $2,000

The Entertainment Equipment Coordinator plays a key role in launching Wedgewood Weddings' Entertainment Department in new markets across the country. Working alongside the Entertainment Equipment Manager, you'll help install, transport, organize, maintain, and troubleshoot professional DJ equipment, ensuring every new venue is fully equipped and ready before opening day.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys traveling, solving technical challenges, working with professional sound equipment, and supporting new venue launches. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create exceptional event experiences, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on our continued growth.

What You'll DoEquipment Installation & Deployment
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, testing, and setup of professional DJ sound systems and entertainment equipment at new venues.
  • Ensure all equipment is installed according to company standards and fully operational before venue launches.
  • Support venue setup, equipment organization, and operational readiness during expansion projects.
Equipment Maintenance & Logistics
  • Transport, inspect, clean, organize, and maintain entertainment equipment used for expansion projects.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacement.
  • Coordinate equipment shipping, receiving, and transportation for new market launches.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate equipment needs or issues.
  • Help ensure backup equipment is available and ready for deployment.
Operational Support
  • Partner with the Entertainment Expansion Team and Regional Leadership to support successful market launches.
  • Help keep installation projects on schedule and venues launch-ready.
  • Provide technical and logistical support throughout expansion projects.
  • Assist with documenting equipment installations, inventories, and operational procedures.
Event Support
  • Occasionally DJ events when operational needs require additional support or while assisting with new market launches.
