Job description

EHC is seeking a Division Operations Manager for a client that provides services to the oil amp; gas, cement, power, refining and chemical industries. Our client provides a structured and dynamic environment for career growth. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. They also will play a key role in developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying informed about industry trends.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading newly acquired Dallas office, supporting integration of people, processes and tools with existing business.
  • Enabling office to fulfill our goal of being the most trusted compliance partner and employer for our clients by improving and upholding all processes and procedures, always looking for the most efficient, cost-effective, and relevant processes.
  • Responsible for execution of metrics goals and office level performance.
  • Effectively lead the management team towards increased focus on metrics and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: Mentor and guide junior project managers and technicians, maintain and build a bench of potential future leaders with a constant focus on forecasting hiring needs and succession planning. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Consistent and regular communication with the CEO and COO on all pertinent matters.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including generating leads and closing deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to understand customer needs and trends. Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Proposal Development: Preparing and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, such as administration, logistics, operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Current operational responsibility at district manager level or equivalent
  • BS or BA (preferred)
  • At least 10+ years of experience in Emission Testing Services. RICE engine testing is preferred.
  • Energized working with people - our employees
  • Proven skills with effective communication, leadership and developing future talent
  • Flexible, proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a desire to be a change agent
  • Entrepreneurial nature with enthusiasm for growth and comfort with uncertainty
