**Paid new hire training and certifications**

Program: 040
Wage: 27.90-$28.70/Hour
Location: Tacoma, WA
Shifts: Monday-Friday with on-call rotation approximately every 4 weeks.

We are looking for a full time Residential Manager in our Adult Residential Service Program in the Pierce County, WA area.

Job Summary:

The Residential Manager is responsible for the oversight and supervision of their assigned programs. They are responsible for ensuring programs achieve the outcomes set by the Residential Administrator. The Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals to consistently provide the highest quality care to clients. You will help clients explore new opportunities and the potential of their own independence.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • HS diploma
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience

Licensing and Certifications:

  • Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license
  • Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA in Social Services or similar field.
  • NAR/75hr certification, or CNA
