Chief Engineer - Courtyard by Marriott - Fort Collins, CO

Midas Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee our maintenance department at our Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, CO. This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose problems or repair machines.
  • Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
  • Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.
  • Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms).
  • Pool chemical testing

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of facilities experience
  • Experience in a management position
