Job description

Why this role is good for you

You’ll run the field and make the calls. As a Project Superintendent, you’ll be the trusted leader ensuring Massachusetts infrastructure projects are built safely, on time, and with quality.

What you’ll be working on (and more)

  • You’ll oversee heavy civil/bridge construction.

  • You’ll plan manpower, equipment, and daily operations.

  • You’ll enforce safety and maintain productivity.

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Direct crews and subcontractors.

  • Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and daily reports.

  • Keep schedules on track and budgets aligned.

  • Coordinate with PMs and clients on project progress.
