Job description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions, knowledge platforms, and enterprise technology delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and AI.
  • Experience in regulated environments (healthcare) with data governance and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, roadmap creation, and execution of complex initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Act as the central point of contact for business, technology, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Facilitate decision-making, align priorities, and ensure program transparency.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Drive timely escalations and resolution strategies to ensure delivery continuity.
  • Establish and manage program governance, including intake, prioritization, QA validation, and release readiness.
  • Define and standardize processes for scalable and repeatable delivery.
  • Monitor program health, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and release standards.
  • Provide clear, structured updates to leadership through executive dashboards and reports.
  • Drive effective communication across technical and business teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI / knowledge retrieval solutions and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and cross-team dependency management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Data Cloud, Agentforce).
