Guayama / Puerto Rico /Production & Manufacturing/Full time

The Manufacturing Manager represents ALPLA on plant level. With entrepreneurial actions the job holder secures the future of the respective ALPLA plant with optimization and continuous improvement. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for all topics concerning the plant's operations including planning, production and maintenance.

What makes you great
  • Bachelor/Master or Diploma degree with clear affinity to operations/manufacturing
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing company, preferably in plastic packaging
  • Deep understanding of cost calculation and performance metrics
  • Proven track of leadership experience and ability to train and develop the operations team
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines and proactive in solving problems
  • Proficiency in English and other language skills are of advantage
  • Willing to travel for work
