As a Restoration Foreman, your key responsibilities will be to lead and manage restoration crews, coordinate restoration activities with municipalities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

What it takes?
  • 5+ years of experience in restoration, concrete, or utility construction
  • Experience leading a 3-5 person restoration crew
  • Strong knowledge of flatwork restoration, including concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, concrete streets, curb & gutter, and asphalt streets
  • Ability to operate construction equipment and tools associated with restoration work
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate with city officials, and meet project deadlines
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to travel locally and respond to emergency, environmental, or structural repair projects as needed
