Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Miami, FL – Fully Onsite, 5 Days/Week

Duration: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $80K to $90K/Base Salary + 5% Annual Bonus


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Human Resources team in Miami. This role will manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, corporate, professional, and leadership positions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong passive sourcer and consultative recruiter who can partner directly with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, assess candidates, manage offers, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define hiring requirements and recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct intake meetings and provide guidance on talent availability and market conditions.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Recruit for technical, corporate, professional, and leadership-level positions.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and candidate presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage interview coordination and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Lead offer discussions and assist with compensation and offer negotiations.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.
  • Support employee referral and talent community initiatives.
  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate, professional, technical, and/or leadership positions.
  • Strong passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Experience working with an ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar systems.
  • Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and hiring-manager relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to work fully onsite in Miami, FL, five days per week.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong passive sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter expertise.
  • Proven ability to recruit both technical and corporate/professional talent.
  • Comfortable partnering directly with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong offer negotiation and candidate-closing skills.
  • Technology, SaaS, software, cybersecurity, or other fast-paced corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Consultative, proactive, organized, and data-driven recruiter.
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and hiring-manager satisfaction.
  • Local to the Miami area or clearly committed to a 5-day onsite schedule.
