This person is responsible for developing visual merchandising materials, presentation tools, and communication resources that support business initiatives and create engaging customer experiences. This role combines visual merchandising expertise, creative design, and project management to ensure concepts are translated into clear, effective, and visually compelling deliverables. The ideal candidate has a strong visual merchandising background, exceptional design skills, and the ability to work cross‐functionally to develop creative solutions. This individual thrives in a fast‐paced environment, manages multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on execution. Position Summary The Visual Merchandising Manager creates visual merchandising materials, presentations, execution guides, and communication tools that support business initiatives and operational consistency. Working closely with cross‐functional partners, this role ensures projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand standards, and communicated effectively. Key Responsibilities Develop visual merchandising materials, presentations, guides, and supporting documentation. Create high‐quality layouts, graphics, mockups, and presentation materials using industry‐standard creative software. Translate business objectives into clear, engaging visual concepts and communication materials. Maintain consistent visual standards across all deliverables. Support the development of visual solutions that enhance execution and the customer experience. Communications & Project Support Create communication materials, playbooks, guides, and training resources to support business initiatives. Develop clear, user‐friendly materials that simplify complex information. Update and refine templates, presentations, and communication tools as business needs evolve. Ensure all materials are accurate, organized, and aligned with established standards. Manage projects from concept through final delivery. Partner with cross‐functional teams to develop creative solutions that support business objectives. Prioritize multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines. Contribute to process improvements and continuously enhance visual communication materials. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Visual Communications, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3–5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, creative design, retail, communications, or a related field. Strong visual design, layout, and presentation development skills. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience creating presentations, guides, communication materials, or visual documentation. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
