DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MEMORY MAKER:

  • Provide vision, direction, and leadership for visual merchandising and showroom design across all assigned districts.
  • Develop and implement regional visual merchandising strategies that support company initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and product rollouts.
  • Ensure consistency in showroom presentation, floor layout execution, lifestyle adherence, and visual storytelling across all stores.
  • Partner closely with corporate merchandising, marketing, operations, and store leadership to align regional visual execution with business objectives.

  • Conduct regular store and district visits to assess execution quality, ensure brand standards are met, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee large-scale visual projects, including new store openings, remodels, regional rollouts, and corporate initiatives.
  • Evaluate store performance through sales metrics, visual audits, and guest feedback to inform merchandising strategies and team development.
  • Manage visual merchandising budgets, tools, fixtures, and resources across the region to optimize impact and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between field visual teams and the corporate office for communication, updates, and best practices.

MEMORY MAKER PERKS & BENEFITS:

  • This position is a salaried position and will be based on experience and skills.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options available the first of the month following 60 days of employment
  • Paid time off and holiday benefits
  • 401(k) or retirement savings plan with company match
  • Employee discounts at Broad River Retail locations
  • Opportunities for career growth and internal advancement
  • Benefit offerings and eligibility may vary based on employment status and location.
