As a District Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and growth across multiple branches within your district. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple branch managers to ensure efficient and effective operations across all locations within the district.
  • Collaborate with branch managers to set, monitor, and achieve performance targets and operational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving processes, implementing industry best practices, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Optimize resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and control costs.
  • Develop and manage district budgets to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded while maintaining profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to expand services.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and field teams, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and teamwork.
