Job Description

The IHOP District Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the operations of multiple restaurant locations within an assigned district. This role drives sales growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The District Manager develops strong restaurant leadership teams, ensures compliance with company standards, and supports IHOP’s mission of providing high-quality food and friendly service.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
  • BS/MA in Business Administration preferred.
  • Proven district management working experience
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
