  • Build and execute deal strategies across multi-stakeholder environments
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline effectively
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Leadership to close deals
  • Drive expansion opportunities across departments (IT, Facilities, Operations)

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals ($75K+ ARR)
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and executive buyers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management discipline
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

Senior Account Executive Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into K-12 education or public sector
  • Familiarity with ITSM, asset management, or facilities workflows

  • We produce software that empowers K-12 schools to run efficiently, allowing for a better classroom experience for students to THRIVE!
  • We provide excellent work/life balance. Two amazing offices - a Downtown Atlanta office location and one at Halcyon in Alpharetta!

Incident IQ offers a competitive salary based on experience with a benefits package for full-time employees that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k match, and paid-time off (PTO).
